"When Lynne suggested that we carry out our life-coaching sessions online so that I wouldn’t have to travel, I was a little skeptical. I had never worked with a Life Coach and really wanted a personal connection to help me along this journey. I was, however, quickly won over by the long-distance sessions with Lynne. Each session was designed for me and included enough content to be informative but not so much that I felt overwhelmed. The exercises in each session really challenged my thinking. I, personally, loved the physical process of writing down my thoughts and answers. I found the physical outworking of writing down the emotional journey to be therapeutic. I now also have a written record of my own personal growth and accomplishments. Lynne added so much of herself to the sessions that, although it was long-distance, I felt safe with her and comfortable to share how I was feeling. Lynne would send me feedback and encouragements when I sent her my completed sessions. I can always look back at this feedback and remind myself of the important skills that I’ve learnt throughout this process. Whenever I would speak with Lynne on the phone, I felt as though she really knew me and really cared about me. I have grown so much through my long-distance life coaching and I’m so grateful that I still had access to a life coach online even though I was unable to travel to see Lynne."

Lynne is a qualified teacher, has studied Educational Psychology for four years, and is a certified New Insights Life Coach. Further, she has certificates in Transactional Analysis and The Neuroscience of Relationships. She is also a qualified Addiction Supporter Counsellor. Lynne offers 13 Sessions presented in a ‘read and reflect’ questionnaire format. The Sessions are available through a choice of 3 levels of interactivity.
